Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely repackage your item(s) in the original packaging with all included accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item in your request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized paddles or engraved equipment
  • Used safety gear (life jackets, helmets)
  • Opened packages of small parts (screws, fittings)
  • Items damaged due to improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:

International Returns
